We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Lead Cybersecurity Operations.

Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) provides a reliable, secure and agile technical platform for Morgan Stanley's business applications and operations. ETS enables business operations and delivers collaboration and productivity tools to our internal and external clients. ETS provides production management, quality assurance, and end user services for Institutional Securities and Support Services and delivers first-line defenses to manage the IT risks to the Firm, address the evolving cyber threat landscape, and meet regulatory expectations. ETS also works with Investment Banking to manage the Firm's strategic relationships with the technology community, including venture capitalists, established technology companies, and start-ups.

What you'll do in the role:
As a Vulnerability Management Associate supporting the Enterprise Network environment within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), you will:
help protect the Firm's global network infrastructure by identifying
assessing, and driving remediation of security vulnerabilities across network platforms and services
work closely with network engineering, operations, and security partners to reduce cyber risk
strengthen resilience
meet regulatory and control requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
Support the vulnerability management lifecycle for enterprise network technologies, including routing, switching, and related network services.
Review and analyze network vulnerability scan results to validate findings, assess severity, and prioritize remediation based on risk, exposure, and business impact.
Partner with network engineering and operations teams to coordinate remediation activities, including patching, configuration changes, and compensating controls.
Track remediation progress and exceptions, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed in line with Firm policies, standards, and risk tolerances.
Maintain accurate vulnerability records, metrics, and reporting to support management oversight, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
Assist in evaluating emerging network threats and vulnerabilities, contributing to risk assessments and continuous improvement of network security controls.
Support governance processes by providing documentation and evidence related to network vulnerability management activities. Skills & Experience
Foundational understanding of enterprise networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
Familiarity with network security vulnerabilities, common misconfigurations, and remediation approaches.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical findings and communicate risk to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset and experience working with distributed infrastructure and operations teams.
Interest in cyber risk management, network security, and evolving threat landscapes.
CCNA preferred (not required)
