What an Analyst, Cross Border Trade & Sales Enablement, Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS), does at Visa
As a key member within the VCS team, you will drive execution and sales enablement activities across various VCS initiatives, including supporting the operation of Global Trade Payment Platform (GTPP). You will work closely with regional and country stakeholders to assist markets with their Go-to-Market strategies as well as the execution of key strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- GTPP Support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions addressing their queries on GTPP
- Update GTPP project trackers, drive and monitor payment volume through GTP
- Support both domestic and international events to promote GTPP
- VCS Deal Pipeline Management: Ensure business is set up for growth via active and accurate deal pipeline management, including forecasting and tracking sales progress.
- Sales enablement: Work with the relevant segments’ SME to develop and manage sales enablement materials, including training programs, sales playbooks, and other resources to support the sales team. Support market teams and share sales collateral, tools, resources and best practices across markets, leveraging Visa’s sales enablement platform and other resources.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Co-ordinate and develop periodic reporting and presentations to senior management, including scorecard consolidation and monthly/quarterly business reviews across the business. This requires the consolidation of inputs across markets, tracking of performance, and using data to inform strategies, influence behavior and drive continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of working experience
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial services/card/payment industry knowledge preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
• A positive attitude and a passion for quality, analysis, and optimization
