Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree in MIS, MBA, or related disciplines is preferred.
Experience: Ideally 7 years of experience in SAP full life-cycle implementations, with a focus on service management.
Skills:
In-depth understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and it’s Service module.
Strong experience with SAP project implementations in RTR and related modules.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Good understanding of RICEF and customizations in complex environments.
Proven ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment.
Communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences and senior management.
Fluent in English, speaking other language is a plus
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Service solutions to meet organizational goals.
Collaborate with global process governance, IT business partners, and delivery teams to drive alignment in solution designs and delivery timelines.
Author and maintain detailed system and technical documentation to ensure best practices are followed.
Identify opportunities to enhance systems process flow and overall performance.
Provide mentorship and guidance to solution analysts and IT vendor resources within the team.
Oversee project execution to deliver on budget and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
