Among your responsibilities will be:
CLO Structuring
Support the structuring and execution of new issue, reset, and refinancing CLO transactions.
Assist with cash‑flow modelling, tranche economics, and coordination with banks, rating agencies, and advisers.
Contribute to the development of innovative and bespoke CLO structures.
Cash‑Flow Modelling & Analytics
Run and maintain CLO cash‑flow models to assess returns, risks, and structural behaviour.
Perform scenario, sensitivity and stress analyses across a range of credit and market assumptions.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor CLO performance, coverage tests, triggers, and key structural features.
Prepare regular and ad‑hoc analysis for portfolio managers and senior stakeholders.
CLO Liability Investing
Analyse CLO debt and equity tranches in both primary and secondary markets.
Support relative‑value work, pricing and trade execution.
Manager Due Diligence & Investment Process
Support due diligence on CLO managers (strategy, track record, risk management, portfolio construction).
Assist in the investment process for mezzanine debt and third‑party CLO equity investments, including preparation of investment committee materials.
What you can bring:
First experience in structured credit, leveraged finance, or related credit markets (from a rating agency, buy‑side, bank, or advisory platform).
Strong analytical foundation and comfort working with structured finance concepts, cash‑flow analysis, and credit risk.
Understanding of CLO structures and documentation; experience with Index modelling is a strong plus.
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple workflows in a transaction‑driven environment.
Intellectual curiosity, proactive mindset, and eagerness to deepen technical knowledge.
Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external managers, arrangers, and advisers.
Interest in working across both Invesco CLO structuring and CLO liability/equity investing with third‑party managers.
If you’re looking to grow your technical skill set, work on complex transactions, and develop as a CLO specialist — we’d love to hear from you.
