We are seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Digital & AI Tooling Lead  to be the technical expert and primary owner of our Finance Digital & AI tooling ecosystem. In this role, you will drive AI-enabled automation and digital solutions from concept to production, ensuring safe, consistent, and scalable adoption across Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Delivery

• Hands-On Implementation: Translate Finance use cases into actionable requirements, solution designs, and build plans, delivering solutions hands-on.

• Lifecycle Management: Drive the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to structured testing, rollout, and production monitoring.

• Documentation & Guidance: Produce practical delivery artifacts, including design notes, configuration documentation, user guidance, and operational runbooks.

• Scalability & Alignment: Ensure solutions are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with Finance priorities and the broader automation/AI strategy.

• Ownership & Stewardship: Act as the accountable owner for ongoing enhancements, maintenance expectations, and lifecycle stewardship of delivered tools and reusable assets.

2. Governed Evaluation & Framework Building

• Evaluation Process: Run the governed evaluation process for new capabilities, including intake, fit assessment, PoC execution, and documented recommendations.

• Control & Compliance: Define and enforce production control expectations, ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive post-release evaluation and continuous improvement based on performance, user feedback, and controls adherence.

• Tooling Catalogue Maintenance: Maintain the Finance Digital Tooling Catalogue, including approved patterns, standards, templates, and reusable components.

3. Business & Technology Collaboration

• Opportunity Identification: Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify low-effort, high-value opportunities and deliver quick wins using approved digital tools.

• Knowledge Sharing: Lead structured knowledge-sharing sessions, demos, and capability deep-dives to enhance Finance digital proficiency.

• Guidance & Coaching: Provide practical guidance, coaching, and tooling recommendations to elevate user confidence and adoption.

• Integration & Deployment: Collaborate with Technology on integration points, shared architecture, data connectivity, and readiness for production deployment.

• Vendor Engagement: Support controlled engagements with external vendors for PoCs or capability assessments.

• Cultural Champion: Champion a culture of responsible AI usage, digital experimentation, and literacy uplift across Finance.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience: 6+ years in Technology Consulting or Digital Transformation, with 3+ years in a digital tooling/solution delivery role.

• Lifecycle Management: Demonstrated ability to manage the AI solution lifecycle end-to-end.

• Governance & Evaluation: Experience with governed, risk-aligned evaluation of AI/automation solutions and familiarity with firmwide GenAI oversight models.

• Quality Mindset: Strong quality mindset to challenge AI outputs, refine logic and prompts, and ensure solutions are business-ready before scaling.
