We're seeking someone to join our team as the Vice President of Operations for Americas Amenities. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end performance and delivery of employee-facing services across the region. This leader ensures that corporate amenities-including dining programs, wellness centers, conferencing hubs, and executive hospitality-align with the Firm's brand values, financial targets, and workplace strategies. The role bridges high-level strategy and daily execution, managing a diverse portfolio of vendors and internal teams to deliver a world-class workplace experience.

What you'll do in the role:
- Develop and execute regional operational strategies that enhance employee engagement and productivity while maintaining alignment with global brand standards.
- Lead vendor oversight of third-party service providers across food services, fitness and wellbeing, facilities, conferencing, and reception services.
- Provide financial stewardship for regional OPEX and CAPEX portfolio, leading collaborative budget development and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs including Net Promoter Scores (NPS), employee satisfaction, and space utilization to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for senior leadership and business unit heads, translating business priorities into actionable amenity programs.
- Ensure all amenities operations comply with health and safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks of business interruption.
- Partner with Real Estate Development teams on pre-opening planning, renovations, and capital projects for new or expanding office hubs. {D Part 2: Scope of Role What you'll bring}
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Facilities Amenities, Employee and Guest Workplace Solutions, hospitality operations, or complex corporate service environments.
- Demonstrated success managing high-visibility, multi-site service portfolios.
- Strong financial, operational, and risk management acumen.
- Proven people leader with experience managing managers and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional judgment, executive presence, and communication skills.
