HiOperator is seeking Customer Service Agents to help elevate the customer-service experience by solving customer problems via email and chat for a variety of clients. Agents will use a one-stop platform that combines automation and human judgment to maximize quality production and minimize tedious tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

• Solve customer problems via email and chat for multiple clients
• Achieve key standards in customer satisfaction and performance
• Work closely with leaders to improve software and operations

Shift Options:

• Saturday to Tuesday, 7am – 6pm
• Monday to Friday, 2pm to 11pm

Total Compensation

Pay is $17.00 per hour.
