Job details

HiOperator is seeking Customer Service Agents to help elevate the customer-service experience by solving customer problems via email and chat for a variety of clients. You will use cutting-edge software to minimize tedious tasks and maximize quality production, applying your human perspective and judgment where they are most effective.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Solve customers’ problems via email and chat for multiple clients
  • Achieve key standards in customer satisfaction and performance
  • Work closely with leaders to improve software and operations

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Excel in a high-standards, fast-paced environment
  • Type 40+ wpm with 99% accuracy
  • Are dependable and show up ready to work every day
  • Are a quick learner able to adapt to evolving policies and procedures
  • Take ownership in solving problems
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace
  • Read, comprehend, and write in English

Shift Options:

  • Saturday to Tuesday, 7am – 6pm
  • Monday to Friday, 2pm to 11pm

Total Compensation

Pay is $17.00 per hour.
