DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our team specializing in Customer service and parts support for our Customer Support Centre in Scoresby
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Be the first point of contact for our valued customers across the South Pacific region, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to parts-related inquiries received via phone calls and emails, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Assist with parts interpretation , leveraging your knowledge and resources to identify and provide the correct parts for customer needs.
- Offer expert advice on part suitability, guiding customers through the best solutions for their specific jobs and applications.
- Process orders and quotes efficiently , ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and maintain smooth operational workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Proven experience in customer service and administration , with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptability to new software and processes , demonstrating confidence in learning and navigating unfamiliar systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills , with the ability to prioritize complex tasks effectively.
- Experience or a keen interest in the automotive industry or engines , which will help you understand customer needs and technical requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail , ensuring accuracy in all communications, documentation, and transactions.
- Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, to engage with customers and internal stakeholders professionally.
