We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Director - HRES Advisor to provide end‑to‑end operational, administrative, and project support to the Wealth Management business unit. In this role, you will partner closely with Wealth Management Employee Services and Coverage team to ensure seamless day to day operations, reliable coverage support, and execution of key business initiatives.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the within the HCMES Service Delivery team to provide full HR support to managers and employees in the assigned client groups and will report to the leadership for WM Service Delivery.

What you'll do in the role:
- Provide high‑quality administrative and operational assistance to Wealth Management teams, business managers, and senior leaders on both routine, cyclical and adhoc HR focus areas including but not limited to performance management, relocation, leave management, professional development, promotion and compensation.
- Serve as a dedicated coverage resource to ensure continuity of business operations during peak periods, absences, and high‑volume cycles. Provide backup support for critical administrative processes to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Manage and work out of shared mailboxes and Ask HR to ensure timely responses to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications between Wealth Management Coverage and Business Teams.
- Ensure requests are tracked appropriately to completion; log information into systems and update information in a timely and accurate manner for team to track service inquiries, resolutions and provide metrics to stakeholders.
- Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the HR Business Partner teams.
- Liaise with HR Solutions teams and product areas to deliver HR services to senior HR Business Partners, managers and employees.
- Proactively identify trends and suggest actions to reduce risk, provide proactive guidance to managers that will ultimately improve the employee experience.
- Ensure that service delivery standards are consistently met or exceeded by the HRBP Advisory team by providing high quality support and guidance.

- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Power Point, Word, etc. Experience with HR systems and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
