You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support data analysis efforts by preparing and cleaning datasets using basic statistical and data manipulation techniques under the guidance of senior analysts and leadership
- Assist in organizing and filtering data to help identify patterns and trends, contributing to exploratory data analysis tasks
- Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines and routines, ensuring data quality and reliability across systems
- Collaborate with senior analysts to apply appropriate analytic methods to solve business problems and support reporting needs
- Learn and experiment with data engineering tools and technologies, contributing to evaluations and documentation as part of team initiatives
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools, including Power BI as SSRS, to enable data-driven decision-making
- Document and interpret data sources and flows, contributing to data dictionaries and metadata repositories to improve data transparency and usability

Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or higher level of education or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience with relational database management systems (eg Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
- 1+ years of experience performing data analysis and reporting
- 1+ years of advanced level of proficiency with MS Office (eg Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with business intelligence reporting software (eg Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Strategy, Microsoft SSRS)
- 1+ years of experience with medical billing, insurance, and/or pharmacy data (claims, CPT/DX, NDC, etc)
- Problem solving and analytical skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
