Drive growth and value in the CSP ecosystem! As our Product Manager for CSP Bundles & Value-Add Services, you’ll own the portfolio of bundles that sit on top of the CSP base—combining CSP with FinOps, ITAM, Support Services, and PS credits—to maximize upsell, cross-sell, and ARPU growth. You’ll design compelling, profitable, and scalable offers that sales teams love and customers embrace.
You’ll define bundle strategy, end-to-end offer design, and PS credit mechanisms while coordinating with CSP, Azure, Security, Workplace, Data & AI, Support, Managed Services PMs, and FinOps/ITAM leads. You’ll track performance, drive adoption, and refine offerings based on data and feedback to ensure bundles become a default motion and a stepping stone to Managed Services.
Key responsibilities:
Own the CSP Bundles portfolio and define segments, scenarios, and tiering.
Design bundles: CSP SKUs, included services, SLAs, and PS credit packaging.
Ensure bundles align with CSP platform constraints and are standardized globally.
Drive upsell/cross-sell with Sales & Marketing; track attach rate, ARPU uplift, revenue, and PS credit utilization.
Turn bundle concepts into clear offers, epics, and backlogs; coordinate with Engineering & Delivery for execution.
Co-create go-to-market motions, enablement materials, and campaigns.
Gather feedback and use data to continuously improve bundles and credit structures.
