Job Details

NopSec is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage a quota-carrying sales team focused on medium- and enterprise-size organizations. You will collaborate with account managers and sales engineers to develop account strategies and purchase plans that align customer business and security needs with NopSec’s platform and services, with an emphasis on advancing program maturity. You will drive the new logo sales process, enforce deal interrogation and sales cycle management, and ensure achievement of monthly sales activities and quarterly revenue goals. You will maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable forecasts to sales leadership, actively participate in territory planning and opportunity development, and work closely with pre-sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to coordinate growth-driving activities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a quota-carrying sales team targeting medium- and enterprise-size organizations
  • Collaborate with account managers and sales engineers to build account strategies and purchase plans tailored to customer business and security needs
  • Drive the new logo sales process, ensuring rigorous deal interrogation and effective sales cycle management
  • Achieve monthly sales activity targets and quarterly revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver reliable sales forecasts to leadership
  • Engage in territory planning and opportunity development
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive growth

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience selling within the SaaS B2B space to enterprise-level clients
  • Have 2+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying SaaS sales professionals
  • Possess strong client-facing presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels, from analyst to CISO
  • Have experience selling in the vulnerability management or cyber exposure management space
  • Are comfortable working in an open, transparent, and flat organization where the best idea wins
  • Dislike office politics

Bonus qualifications:

  • BS degree or related field
  • Interest and experience in cybersecurity and a desire to learn more
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise sales
  • Previous startup experience
