We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager - Network to lead the definition, development, and delivery of our next-generation network products, spanning Network Hardware, Software, Tooling, Cloud and AI-driven capabilities. This role requires deep domain expertise in networking combined with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value for both technical teams and business users. This roles involves new product ideation, product introduction & adoption to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation across our network ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders including members of Engineering, Operations, Tooling and Business Units stakeholders to shape and execute the product vision.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for network-centric products and platforms
  • Drive product innovation across areas such as cloud networking, AI/ML, network automation, Tooling, observability
  • Identify opportunities to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance


Client Engagement:

  • Solicit short and long term requirements from Technology partners and Business Unit teams.
  • Prioritize Client deliverables and manage Product Backlog.
  • Coordinate user surveys, measure client satisfaction, Drive iterative product improvements.
  • Build and Communicate Multi-Year Network strategy to Clients and Stakeholders.
  • Socialize team's success and achievements to Clients and Stakeholders.
  • Build Client Communication strategy and execution.


Industry Engagement:

  • Research and identify transformative vendor products that will help solve Technology and Business needs.
  • Develop short list of products for Proof of Concept.
  • Partner with Tech Business Development team to identify key vendors and products.


Product Development:

  • Translate complex networking and platform requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Prioritize features based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Ensure successful product launches and continuous iteration.
  • Participate in building Network Product and Catalog - hardware and software - that can be consumed by users.
  • Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, tooling, AI and automation teams to proactively create consumable products and services.
  • Manage Product version controls, global variances and product life cycle management.
  • Create, Manage and Communicate Product Roadmaps.
  • Develop and Track Network Modernity posture.
  • Understand Product finances, TCO, Net Book Value and recommend improvements.


Product Adoption and Measurement:

  • Introduce New Products and Capabilities to clients.
  • Drive Adoption, Develop Training guide.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, analyze product usage data, and iterate on features to optimize performance and user satisfaction


Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning:

  • Develop AIML use cases for Network Ecosystem and mange prioritization for Network Infrastructure.
  • Identify vendor products with AI capabilities that will drive efficiencies for Network Infrastructure.
  • Partner with AI and Data Science teams in the Firm to ensure that AI solutions are effectively adopted.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and improve user experience


Cloud:

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for cloud networking solutions.
  • Identify opportunities across VPC design, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud networking, connectivity services and industry offered cloud products from AWS, GCP, etc.
  • Partner with Tech Stakeholders on identifying Cloud requirements and deliver in partnerships with partner teams.


Risk Management:

  • Manage Product Risk in partnership with Risk Management team.
  • Partner with ENS Risk team to identify Services level risks, coordinate remediation.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in networking or infrastructure domains and aligned to the job responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in managing products that include both hardware and software components.
  • Experience with network design, process and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and hardware platforms (e.g., routers, switches, terminal servers).
  • Experience with Network Monitoring Tools Ecosystem
  • Experience in building AI solutions for Network Infrastructure
  • Experience in building Cloud products for Network Infrastructure
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in networking, such as traffic prediction, anomaly detection, self-healing networks.

Skills

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in architectural and technical discussion
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Cloud networking concepts (VPC, subnets, routing, load balancing, VPN, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute)
  • Technical Acumen: Maintain a deep understanding of networking technologies (e.g., SDN, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, 5G, Wi-Fi, Security, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing/Switching protocols) and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of tooling ecosystems (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, diagnostics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Financial industry is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Emerging technologies like Quantum Computing is a plus.
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
