Beam is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the company to enable rapid scaling while maintaining focus and mission alignment. This highly strategic and execution-heavy role will be central to decision-making and operations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define company OKRs, identify high-leverage priorities, and ensure the company stays on track to meet them
• Serve as a central point of coordination across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to keep teams aligned, accountable, and communicating effectively
• Support the CEO in decision-making, communication, and follow-through on key initiatives
• Prepare for board meetings, investor updates, and executive communications
• Own special projects that are critical to Beam’s growth and do not sit within one department
• Help build and reinforce strong communication norms, operating cadences, and a mission-driven culture across the team

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally including a mix of startup, consulting, strategy, or operations work (bonus if you’ve worked closely with executive teams or in high-growth, mission-driven environments)
• Demonstrate excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Possess strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Exhibit high emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Have a bias toward execution and a mission-driven mindset
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Total Compensation

Total cash compensation for this role is $170,000 - $180,000 OTE per year.
