Location: 19 Chapin Road, Pine Brook, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hr shift between 8:30am – 5:00pm EST, may vary based on business needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare packages or shipments for distribution to our members as required by Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring drug, related supplies and patient collateral (education materials) are included
- Verify member data and submit orders in the computer system
- Ensure proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable products; monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment; fill dispensing units
- Contact patients and maintain home infusion equipment when required
- Receiving product
- Adhering inventory control
- Working closely with FedEx and courier services daily
- Working collaboratively with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on a daily basis
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously. It's a fast paced, high volume environment where our members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes life-saving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for majority of the day
- Ability to pivot between roles
- Ability to work 8 hour shift between 8:30am – 5:00pm EST, with flexibility to work overtime if needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of inventory job experience
- 1+ years of warehouse job experience
- Previous Infusion Pump experience
Soft Skills:
- Punctual with ability to arrive on time
- Flexible with scheduling and pivoting to different roles
New Jersey Residents Only: The hourly range for New Jersey residents is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour.
