About the teamThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator, as an entry level professional, will provide support in the recruitment and hiring process within an organization. The incumbent works collaboratively with Hiring Managers, HR Partners, Talent Acquisition team and the candidates through the recruitment process. The work is high-volume, requires timely response, and is driven with recruitment excellence. The incumbent will be detail oriented with the ability to manage ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
What you will doCollaboration with Talent Acquisition Specialists: Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to optimize the use of the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurately maintained.
Interview Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex interview schedules efficiently by liaising with Talent Acquisition partners, Executive Assistants, interviewers, and hiring managers to facilitate seamless interview processes
Candidate Communication: Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Candidate Feedback Management: Ensure timely collection and alignment of candidate feedback from interviewers. Proactively raise any issues regarding feedback not being provided and work to resolve them.
Inbound Candidate Screening: Assist with inbound candidate screening as needed, assessing qualifications, and providing preliminary feedback to the Talent Acquisition team.
External Programs and Branding: Support in Campus recruitment events, talent branding initiatives and social media campaigns.
Reporting: Track and report on varied metrics, which includes interview schedules and candidate feedback, to support continuous improvement efforts.
Primary Skills and Qualifications
University Degree in Human Resources or related field, or relevant equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, recruitment coordination, or similar, preferably in a high-tech, global organization
Analytical and problem-solving skills; Demonstrates ability to think critically when faced with challenges.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business; proactively solicits feedback to ensure alignment.
A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present information, knowledge, and content with justification.
Agile and resilient in managing multiple projects with multiple sources of information
Ability to build and maintain relationships with university staff, faculty, and students, strong networking skills
Intermediate to advanced skill in LinkedIn, social media, MS Office, ATS (iCIMS, SuccessFactors, preferred), Customer Relationship Management, internal Kinaxis tools and resources.
Experience providing partnership to stakeholders
Good Excel and Presentation skills will be an advantage
Excels in ambiguous situations and uses creativity and ingenuity to solve problems
Brings a curiosity on recruitment trends and best practices
Keen attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
