About the team

Watch this video to learn more about Zillow

At Zillow, the top real estate website in the U.S., we’re on a mission to help people get home. We’re building innovative, connected, and equitable solutions that support every step of the moving journey—whether buying, selling, renting, or financing.

Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in enabling this mission. Our team partners closely with business leaders to attract and hire the talent that powers Zillow’s customer experience, service delivery, and revenue-driving operations.

About the role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead recruiting across Zillow’s U.S. Customer Operations organization, supporting roles in Connections, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and field-based teams.

This role operates with greater ownership and complexity, balancing hiring and delivery with strategic influence. You will partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring approaches, calibrate role requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes across high-volume and programmatic hiring.

You may also flex across business areas to support evolving hiring priorities.

You Will Get To:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact or complex Customer Operations roles and hiring programs

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on success criteria

  • Drive strong hiring outcomes across speed, quality, and candidate experience

  • Analyze funnel performance and recruiting metrics to identify gaps and improve conversion rates

  • Influence hiring decisions by providing market insights, candidate context, and data-driven recommendations

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

  • Support or lead recruiting initiatives, including class-based hiring programs and workflow enhancements

  • Mentor and support junior recruiters or sourcers, sharing best practices and improving team performance

  • Partner cross-functionally (HR, Compensation, Operations) to ensure smooth hiring execution

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including supporting high-volume, customer-facing, or operational roles

  • Experience owning end-to-end recruiting for complex or high-impact roles

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring or partnering with U.S. business stakeholders is preferred

  • Proven ability to influence hiring managers and drive alignment

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions

  • Experience improving recruiting processes or leading initiatives

  • Ability to operate with autonomy in fast-paced, evolving environments

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience mentoring others is a plus

  • Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools

  • Must be physically based in Mexico.
