As our Associate Manager, Finance you will:
- Support the accounting function for Flex US, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close and financial reporting.
- Provide monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, to the Flex US Controller and leadership team.
- Ensure adherence to corporate finance policies by supporting the maintenance of internal controls and reviewing account reconciliations.
- Support operational excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve and standardize financial processes within Flex US.
- Provide technical accounting support and guidance on complex transactions (e.g., revenue recognition criteria).
- Perform account reconciliations and financial compliance reviews for high-risk transactions associated with customer contracts (e.g., end-of-term oversight and true-up monitoring).
- Execute balance sheet reviews timely and accurately to mitigate/resolve any P&L risk for Flex US and commercial divisions.
- Act as a key finance partner to the Flex US business unit, providing insights to support key business decisions and strategic growth.
- Collaborate with divisional finance leadership to understand business needs of utilizing Flex US for sales growth opportunities, effectively communicate associated P&L risks, and provide detailed reporting that measures contractual performance.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to support special projects related to business development and financial analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of professional in general accounting, finance

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Big 4 Accounting experience
- Sarbanes Oxley experience
- Financial controls experience
