Performance Management Project Manager
The Global Talent Development Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Performance Management Group. This individual will be responsible for supporting the overall strategy, design and execution of the Firm's performance processes, including but not limited to: Goal Setting, Mid Year Conversations, Year-End Performance Evaluations, Promotion and Talent Reviews. The individual will be responsible for elements of project management (i.e supporting the design and technical implementation of new initiatives), execution of existing processes (i.e. supporting operational activities and analytics) and communications (i.e. socializing new ideas with key stakeholders and partnering with Human Resources to drive adoption).
The Performance Management team is part of the Global Talent Development Team that works with and through Human Resources to provide practical, relevant, and enduring talent solutions for professionals, managers, and leaders globally. The role is based in Alpharetta, GA and liaises globally.

What you'll do in the role:
- Drive the strategic implementation of new Performance Management processes across the firm - including but not limited to: crafting proposals, assessing feasibility, liaising with internal technology and solutions teams, building consensus and measuring impact
- Be data driven and commercial in optimizing and streamlining existing processes
- Partner with Talent Development to design training modules to support the implementation of performance management processes
- Liaise with global counterparts to drive the understanding and utilization of performance processes to drive consistency
- Assesses on-going effectiveness and competitiveness of programs and content for continuous improvement
What you'll bring to the role:
Excellent at building and maintaining working relationships across a fast-paced, complex and global organization
- Highly collaborative; is able to work effectively with diverse colleagues and peers to deliver results
- Ability to communicate clearly, articulate complex ideas in simple ways, and influence others through data. Ability to adjust messaging to match the audience.
- Ability to synthesize and deliver information/data in an efficient and expeditious manner
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring new idea forward; comfortable with ambiguity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift; remains calm under pressure to deliver results
- Strong time/workload management skills and attention to detail; exhibits an ability to prioritize and work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, presentation and persuasion skills
- 7+ years working in a corporate environment preferably in Human Resources, Talent Development or Performance Management. Financial Services experience recommended.
- Highly analytical, organized and process driven. Proven track record in successfully leveraging metrics, applying core concepts, current and best practices, strategies and tools to drive strong outcomes
Role will require in office attendance three days/week.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
