We are looking for a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team specializing in Sales for our Cummins Inc. facility in Gillette, WY.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, technical or a related subject or an acceptable combination of education and experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant level of relevant work experience required, including previous customer and/or product experience required. Purchasing/commercial contract negotiation preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- Hybrid Role: This position is hybrid and will have an on-site expectation of 60%.
- Allowable Work Locations : Colorado, Wyoming, Montana.
- Territory Coverage : Manage mining accounts in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota, handling a significant and vital book of business as a key member of the CSSNA mining team.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with end-user miners and OEM distributors (Hitachi, Komatsu, Epiroc, Sandvik). Establish a first-name basis rapport with maintenance departments and foster strong connections between branches and customers to meet service and product expectations. Utilize Salesforce as the CRM tool.
- Territory Travel : Regularly travel across a vast and remote territory to engage with miners face-to-face.
- Business Development : Identify opportunities for repowers, resident technicians, PrevenTech, and premium filtration to grow the business.
- Forecasting and Inventory Management : Accurately forecast service replacement engine demand at the ESN level to MRC using Atlas. Maintain high data and forecast accuracy and manage inventory requirements for mining engines.
