Job Details
As a M365 Customer Success Manager (Modern Work and Security) - Japanese Speaking, you will:
- Drive and accelerate the adoption of our services by advising customers on optimized practices for using SoftwareOne and/or partner solutions.
- Align with Sales and Solution Sales teams to identify and act on up- or cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for customers, providing insights into SoftwareOne's service scope, support process, handling blocking issues, and tools.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers, offering insights on service usage and performance, and finding opportunities for optimization.
- Drive Monthly Active Usage for all EA/CSP customers and deliver workshops to improve customer engagement.
