As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth and innovation for Stryker’s Neurovascular portfolio across ASEAN, helping deliver advanced solutions that improve patient outcomes. You’ll shape strategy, lead commercialization, and empower distributor success in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize operating income across the full Neurovascular portfolio under assigned markets.
- Create sales plans and actionable steps aligned with divisional objectives to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies while providing in-market clinical support.
- Negotiate distributor contracts and build strong relationships with distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Plan and drive marketing strategies based on customer insights and market surveys, including annual and commercialization plans.
- Advise distributors on business operations such as workflow, inventory, and product promotion; conduct regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with distributors and regulatory teams to ensure timely product registration and compliance.
- Coordinate distributor training programs and provide resources to support growth and performance.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Neurovascular, interventional or related therapeutic areas.
- Familiarity with distributor management and regional marketing strategies.
