About the Team : You will join a cross‑functional transformation group driving modernization across core General Insurance and Motor Insurance capabilities. The team works closely with business leaders, product owners, delivery squads and engineering leads to build secure, modular and cloud‑ready systems.
Role Purpose:
As the Enterprise Architect, you will define, guide, and govern the modernization of legacy platforms into a future‑state architecture that supports digital insurance experiences, regulatory readiness, and scalable product operations. Your leadership ensures alignment across teams, clarity in architectural direction, and consistent use of standards that support a unified enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and govern the enterprise‑wide modernization roadmap, including modularization, cloud‑readiness, and service‑oriented design.
- Provide architectural direction to multiple delivery squads, ensuring alignment on API, data, cloud, integration, and security standards.
- Translate business vision into architectural roadmaps through capability modelling, value‑stream alignment, and structured assessments.
- Design future‑state architectures covering policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, and customer engagement journeys.
- Define transition states, coexistence approaches, and sequencing to support multi‑phase modernization programs.
- Lead architecture governance forums and produce clear architectural decisions, reference models, and modernization guidelines for delivery teams.
