Service Delivery Leader (Korea)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Location: Seoul, Korea
Working Model: Hybrid (1 time per week WFH)
We are looking for Korea Service Delivery Leader who is responsible for overall cloud service delivery, operational excellence, and service governance across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms. This role leads service strategy, customer delivery, and APAC alignment to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and profitable services in the Korea market.
Cloud Service Delivery & Operations
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational management of customer cloud services
- Ensure service quality across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and other customer cloud platforms
- Drive continuous service quality improvement and operational efficiency
Project Management (PM / PMO)
- Lead customer projects as Project Manager (PM) or PMO
- Govern and deliver key initiatives including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and other customer cloud platforms
Service Strategy, Portfolio & Financial Management
- Own the Korea service portfolio, including service planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
- Partner with APAC service leadership to align on service strategy, priorities, and execution
APAC & Global Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary Korea service leader interface with APAC service teams
- Lead regular executive reviews with APAC on service performance, revenue, pipeline, and strategic service programs
