Job details
- As a Business Planning & Performance Analyst, you support France in driving high-quality business planning, performance management, and operational excellence.
- You work closely with the French country leader and department stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, KPI tracking, and consistent execution of core business processes. This is a hands-on, analytical role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders, ideal for an operations or business analyst looking to grow in a multi-country, international environment.
- You will report to the French Country leader and collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Transformation teams.
Business planning & performance management
- Support and coordinate annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews across France
- Consolidate, analyse, and challenge KPIs, financial and operational performance data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance in planning and reporting cycles
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards, analyses, and decision-support materials
Operational excellence & process support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of core business and planning processes
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions
- Support the implementation and adoption of standardised processes, tools, and governance models
- Act as a point of contact for process-related questions from country teams
Transformation & change support
- Support regional transformation initiatives through analysis, reporting, and governance tracking
- Monitor progress, milestones, and adoption of new operating models
- Help improve project quality, engagement, and adoption across the region
Stakeholder collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, People & Culture, and country leadership teams
- Proactively share guidelines, best practices, and planning instructions across France
- Build trusted relationships through structured communication, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
