Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Platforms organization is seeking a Product Manager to join our Workplace B2B Salesforce Product Team. In this role, you will help shape and deliver Salesforce-based capabilities that support workplace-oriented wealth solutions, advisor and service workflows, and scalable client experiences. You will be a partner with Technology, Operations, Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Billing Operations and key business stakeholders to define product strategy, translate complex needs into actionable roadmaps, and drive disciplined execution.

This individual will serve as a key contact for business partners defining our end-to-end Quote to Cash strategy (pricing, quoting, contracting, e-signature and billing experiences), and also be responsible for developing a prioritized backlog that ensures we can meet business demand for our users.

The candidate should have deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle, experience as seasoned Salesforce product manager, exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently, find creative solutions to resolve issues and identify process enhancements, execute tasks and projects on a timely basis, and communicate effectively and responsively with all colleagues.

In the Wealth Management division, we help people, businesses and institutions build, preserve, and manage wealth so they can pursue their financial goals

 Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of ten sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow, Digital Trading & Investing, Generative AI, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution, WM Platforms Risk, and the Chief Operating Office.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Gather and refine requirements via stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, data analysis, and voice-of-user feedback.
  • Write clear product artifacts including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
  • Lead the review and analysis of business processes to support ongoing enhancement in Salesforce CRM and Zuora.
  • Own product outcomes for a defined set of Salesforce capabilities supporting workplace-related wealth management workflows and client/service journeys.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business priorities, regulatory obligations, and platform strategy.
  • Help develop and support our short-term and long-term product strategy to ensure we achieve our stated business outcomes, strategic and integration priorities.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture to evaluate solution approaches (Configuration vs. custom development, integration patterns, data models, security controls).
  • Drive delivery and adoption through sprint ceremonies, backlog management, UAT coordination, training enablement, and change management support.
  • Provide training to stakeholders across business lines on best practices and recommended processes in Salesforce. 
  • Measure success with KPIs (e.g., cycle time reduction, case resolution, onboarding throughput, data quality, user adoption) and iteration based on insights.
  • Ensure governance alignment by engaging Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and InfoSec early and consistently, documenting decisions and controls.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with the Morgan Stanley at Work business team to better understand their needs and align future requirements, ranging from standardization of processes, leveraging market practices to the optimization of workflows, and sharing of best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to identify, execute, implement, and track process improvement opportunities.


Skills Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or platform delivery, ideally within the Quote to Cash and Financial Services space.
  • Hands-on experience delivering solutions and managed packages within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Zuora CPQ, Conga CLM, DocuSign, Zuora Billing).
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into well-structured product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise delivery practices (Agile/Scrum) and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization, promote ideas and proposals persuasively
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong judgment, and comfort operating in controlled environments.
  • Action oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and driven by customer success and continuous improvement
  • Excellent analytical aptitude, sound judgment and experience with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint data analysis / presentation tools
  • Positive contributor to our team’s culture
  • Experience managing the Salesforce integration of; Zuora CPQ, Conga Composer, Conga Contracting and DocuSign an asset
  • Familiarity with platform integration concepts (APIs, middleware), data governance, and identity/access controls.
  • Experience with service operations tooling (case management, knowledge base) and workflow automation.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Product Owner/Business Analyst, AgentForce AI Specialist) are a plus.
  • Previous experience working with large or multinational companies helpful
  • Bachelor’s Degree, finance or related field/experience
