Behind every reliable power plant is a team of engineers who care about the details. At Mitsubishi Power, those teams work side by side in Central Florida to design, deliver, and support the power generation technology that keeps communities running across the Americas.
Join Mitsubishi Power and PowerToFly on Tuesday, December 8, from 5:30–7:00 PM ET, for an invite-only virtual career event for experienced engineering professionals in the Orlando and Lake Mary, Florida area.
This session leans more technical than a typical career event. You'll get a short introduction to Mitsubishi Power's culture and values, hear about the types of projects our engineers our working on to meet the unprecedented demand the sector is experiencing, and hear from a panel of engineering leaders about the opportunities there are to grow here. The event closes with smaller breakout rooms where you can talk directly with our hiring teams and recruiters.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about the types of projects shaping the future of Mitsubishi Power from one of our engineers, then ask follow-up questions during the panel
- Hear from engineering leaders about the challenges their teams work on every day and the growth opportunities

- Join a smaller breakout room for direct conversation with hiring managers and recruiters

Who Should Attend:
We're keeping this group small and focused on experienced engineers exploring full-time roles. This event is a great fit if you have:
- Engineering experience in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), ideally 3+ years
- Interest in an onsite role based in Lake Mary, FL (local candidates preferred; relocation is available)
- U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident)
