She joined the company in 2017 as a Lead - Unified Communications where she acted as a technical lead and key escalation point for program leads and customers for all issues and/or concerns relating to the Unified Communications solution delivery.

Neidy Stefany Ortiz

Regional Talent Acquisition Lead CEE

Neidy Stefany Ortiz is the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead CEE at SoftwareONE. She is data-driven, insightful, and passionate about growing teams and dreams. In her current role, Neidy is learning with each new opportunity and with every challenge that comes along the way. She enjoys matching top-performing and rising professionals with the right career move in Software engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, and more.

Jared Cheney

Regional Vice President of Technology Services, North America

Jared Cheney is the Regional Vice President of Technology Services for North America at SoftwareONE. He focuses on ensuring technology solutions are created to match a business' needs. Jared joined SoftwareONE as the North America Technology Services Leader in 2017 and grew into his current role.

Santiago Jimenez

Practice Lead, Technology Services

Santiago Jimenez is the Practice Lead for Technology Services at SoftwareONE. After 20 years in the software industry, he has been involved in various aspects of it. Santiago started first as a Software Developer and DBA and spent more than 5 years as an Oracle JDEdwards Enterprise One Technical Consultant. During the last 10 years, he has been developing his management skills mainly focused on Service Delivery, Project Management and Business Management for IT Services companies.

Nigel Sammy

Data Platform and Analytics Business Owner

Nigel Sammy is a Data Platform and Analytics Business Owner at SoftwareONE. He has over 19 years of technical experience with various technologies which includes over 16 years of data platform and analytics experience. Nigel joined SoftwareONE in 2015 as a Technology Services Senior Consultant and grew into his current role.

Simon Bishop

Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Simon Bishop is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at SoftwareONE. He's been with the company since 2016. Prior, Simon was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Xchanging and a Resourcing & Client Service Manager at Resources Global Professionals.

Ashley Gaare

President, North America

Ashley Gaare is the President of North America at SoftwareONE. She joined the company 13 years ago and grew from a Business Development Representative into her current role. Along the way, Ashley served as a Sr. Business Development Representative, Enterprise Client Executive, Sales Director, and the US Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
