Gwen brings deep experience in converting stated company goals into objectives, and the tactics to achieve the goals. She excels in bringing multi-functional teams together to collaborate on key business issues such as third-party risk management, change management, synergy realization, shared services consolidation, outsourcing, and cross-departmental process and technology improvements. Gwen joined T. Rowe Price in 2016.

Carmina is a positive, results-driven, and highly motivated bilingual professional (English/Spanish) with over 24 years of leadership experience in legal matters, procurement, compliance, human resources, and financial roles for corporate, non-profit, and governmental entities. Demonstrating excellent management, decision-making, and collaboration skills, Carmia is an advocate, author, lecturer, and teacher. Her areas of expertise include law, procurement/sourcing, fiscal management, contract negotiation, risk management, cybersecurity/privacy, human resources, regulatory compliance, diversity and inclusion programs, and environmental regulations. Carmina joined the T.Rowe Price team in January 2021.

Mike is an experienced Category Manager and Contract Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry and expertise in IT and outsourcing. Mike is skilled in Vendor Management, Online Advertising, Sales, Data Analysis, and Contract Negotiation. He's been with the T. Rowe Price team for six years.

David joined the T. Rowe Price team in early 2022. With a successful history of creating, managing, and implementing large-scale global initiatives in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance Transformation, and Strategic Sourcing, David supports operations cost reduction strategies. He's knowledgeable of all aspects associated with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain Management, including development and implementation of world-class processes, technology, and information related to the support of achieving corporate objectives.
