Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager, Japan
As the Digital Marketing Manager for Japan, your role is to create and evolve a digitally native environment. Unify our multiple channels (web, email, social) through compelling content to build an engaging experience for both prospects and customer alike. Bring your SaaS mindset and help us create a market leading ecosystem. This is an opportunity for someone to strategize and execute our digital future and build a best in class marketing program.
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate your Thought Leadership by building a digital roadmap to maximize our digital assets, reflecting our future product focus and large opportunity to capitalize on current technology
Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels, through strong collaboration with our teams (global and local)
Maximize our global capabilities (technology, best practices and SMEs) to create a best in class local experience
Create comprehensive digital campaigns across all aspects – social media, email, SEO, PPC etc
Understand where our customer and prospects are digitally engaged, prioritizing these areas to inform, engage and motivate them towards PB assets
Map out user funnels, ensuring optimized conversion points and implement our SEO strategy in web-based marketing
Create insights through analysis of KPIs, trends to maximize our digital investment and assets, and build followership through reporting out across the leadership team
Stay constantly updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain competitive and effective campaigns.
Constantly align the marketing focus with business leadership and objectives.
Key Competencies & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing multiple digital channels in a B2B environment
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to mine data to inform decisions.
Understanding of what makes a strong landing page. e.g. understanding of UX principles.
Working knowledge of critical MarTech tools and software e.g. AEM, SFMC, SEMRush, Analytics etc
Strong communication skills to influence and gain followership of your plan, as well as the ability to present complex information in a concise manner
Strong Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, all with varying deadlines
Bring a ‘can-do’ attitude, and flexibility to adjust to evolving company objectives
Knowledge of Japanese (written and verbal) is a significant plus
