We're seeking someone to join our team as a Project Manager to lead the end to end delivery of large, complex capital projects, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Vice President level position within the Construction Management, which designs, sources, and oversees all construction projects from start to finish, as well as coordinating office moves and new space readiness.

What you’ll do in the role:
•    Deliver full lifecycle project and program management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and alignment to business priorities. 
•    Lead stakeholder engagement and governance, driving decisions, securing approvals, and providing senior leadership reporting. 
•    Manage cost, scope, and change control, ensuring financial discipline, risk mitigation, and delivery of best value. 
•    Oversee quality assurance, applying firmwide standards, conducting reviews and audits, and ensuring outputs meet requirements. 
•    Coordinate internal teams and external partners, maintaining integrated schedules, adapting plans to scope or priority changes, and ensuring milestone delivery. 
•    Manage contractors, suppliers, and risks, enforcing contractual obligations, monitoring performance, and embedding strong risk management practices.

What you’ll bring to the role: 
•    At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
•    Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's preferred 
•    PMP or equivalent certification 
•    10+ years managing large, complex capital projects 
•    Strong knowledge of PM methodologies 
•    Proven delivery of high-value programs
•    Experience within financial services, specifically trading and associated infrastructure 
•    Excellent communication and decision making skills 
•    Experience in regulated environments beneficial
