Corporate Accounts Sales Operations Specialist France

In this role you will work within a dynamic team of Sales Operations Specialists in Paris and duties will include:

• Contact with assigned existing customer portfolio (Major Enterprise Accounts) on a daily basis.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction relationship with existing customers.
• Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests.
• Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with supporting teams.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers / Finance / BackOffice / Procurement…
• Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams.
