Corporate Accounts Sales Operations Specialist France
In this role you will work within a dynamic team of Sales Operations Specialists in Paris and duties will include:
- Contact with assigned existing customer portfolio (Major Enterprise Accounts) on a daily basis.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction relationship with existing customers.
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests.
- Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with supporting teams.

- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams.
