We are looking for a Backup & Recovery Engineer to join our Technology & Professional Services team. In this role, you will design and implement enterprise-grade backup solutions across complex environments, ensuring customers’ information is always protected, compliant, and recoverable.

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of backup and recovery solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring they meet security, performance, and regulatory requirements. You will also support colleagues as a technical mentor and contribute to project planning and delivery.

• Design scalable and secure backup architectures aligned with customer requirements.

• Implement and optimise backup solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Define retention policies and support disaster recovery planning for critical workloads.

• Automate operational tasks and generate compliance and performance reports.

• Troubleshoot complex incidents and ensure continuous improvement of backup platforms
