The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Design and materialize Gmail projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and cross-product stakeholders.
- Build user facing features in Gmail, operating in full stack codebase specifically on the shared business logic layers.
- Identify problems proactively and translate them into trackable projects. Work across teams to ensure end-to-end success of the projects.
- Drive projects to improve development velocity, engineering excellence, and product excellence. Maintain a high standard of code health, app architecture, and automated testing.
