Operations Engineer
What you can expect
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Engineer to join our endpoint management team. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of endpoint devices across our organization. This role requires a focus on system efficiency, security, and user experience, ensuring all endpoint operations run smoothly and securely.
About the Team
Zoom's Operations Engineers are responsible for all of Zoom internal infrastructure and operations. Enabling Zoom to to deliver customer happiness and enhancing business efficiency. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.
What we’re looking for
- Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in endpoint management, with a solid background in managing Windows, macOS, and mobile devices at an expert level
- Experience with VMware Workspace ONE or similar endpoint management platforms.
- Experience in Windows, macOS, and mobile OS (iOS and Android) management.
- Experience with endpoint security practices, including antivirus, MDM, encryption, and patch management.
- Experience with software packaging, deployment, and update management across various platforms.
- Experience in the relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, or similar
- Experience in scripting languages (Python/ PowerShell/ Bash) for automating routine tasks and improving operational efficiency.
