Job Details

At Stryker, we hire for talent, not just experience. Our top performers come from diverse backgrounds—customer service, healthcare administration, hospitality, retail, and more. Whether you’re transitioning from another field or looking to grow your career in medical technology, this could be the perfect fit.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and have an eye for process improvement, this role is for you!

Please note: This role requires you to be based in and work aligned with the Western Australia (AWST) time zone.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for hospitals, healthcare administrators, and internal stakeholders. This role goes beyond answering calls—it’s about investigation, collaboration, and driving process improvements that enhance patient care.

This is not a typical call‑centre role. While customer service experience is valuable, this position involves:

  • Managing complex transactions
  • Investigating issues to find root causes
  • Working closely with sales, logistics, and hospitals to resolve multi‑step cases

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a key liaison between hospitals, internal sales reps, marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Managing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
  • Investigating complex cases and identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance within internal systems
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Balancing independent decision-making with teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Why Join Us?

We don’t just offer jobs—we build careers. As a global leader in medical technology, we provide:

  • Career development: Continuous training and progression opportunities
  • Financial wellbeing: Healthcare, insurance, and financial benefits
  • Paid parental leave: Support for your growing family
  • Volunteer days: Paid time off to give back
  • Award-winning culture: Work with a high-performing, supportive team
  • Flexible working arrangements: Plus access to onsite gyms in most offices
  • Employee benefits: Discounts, health care, insurance, and wellbeing programs

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Teamwork: Build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy and compliance are key
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Problem-solving: Investigate issues and find solutions quickly
  • Integrity: Do the right thing—even when no one’s watching
  • Passion for healthcare: Be driven to make a difference every day
  • Resilient communication: Able to handle difficult conversations, stand your ground respectfully, and balance empathy with firm decision-making
  • Autonomy + initiative: Thrive independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team
  • Time zone alignment: Able to work in the Western Australia (AWST) time zone

Requirements

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Reside in the time zone of Western Australia (AWST)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
