Team DescriptionThe Professional Services team at Relativity is a group of experts who help customers use our RelativityOne and Extend products to increase the value of their data. We offer consulting, training, and support services to help customers reach their objectives and solve their problems using innovative solutions. Extend products we support will include PI Detect, Data Breach Response, Relativity Contracts, aiR suite, including aiR for Review and aiR for Privilege launching in 2024. We support the customer journey after implementation and work with other teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

As an EPC, you will provide support based on the matter, working closely with our current and potential customers to enhance their skills and confidence to run autonomously. You will cooperate with our sales, product, and customer success teams to understand customer needs, demonstrate product value, and recommend best practices. You will also provide training, workshops, and consulting services to help customers achieve their goals with our products.
Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and goals and map them to Relativity's product portfolio.
Assist current RelativityOne customers to improve and update their platform usage with Extend Products, which include helping them with workflow change and adaptation.
Maintain regular contact and feedback between the consultant and the customer. This may involve virtual meetings and occasional onsite meetings to show and explain features and steps for the specific project with one or two customer team members.
Make sure the partner or customer can use Extend products independently. The consultant also develops advocates within the customer firm who can promote and encourage adoption to others within the customer organization.
Provide product knowledge and advice to customers on how to use Relativity's Extend products effectively to get the desired outcome.
Deliver training, coaching, and consulting services to customers to help them adopt and optimize Relativity's Extend products.
Work with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to share feedback and insights on customer demands, product performance, and market developments.
Keep informed about Relativity's product plans, features, and releases, and communicate them clearly to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
More than five years of experience in eDiscovery project management, product management, client services or success roles
Solid understanding of AI/ML solutions for eDiscovery and legal workflow problems
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal relations
Strong business/technical acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking
Exercise sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions
Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to meet customers on-site or work with team members in regional office
Relativity Certified Administrator is required
