Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager of Professional Services who will lead a Professional Services- Pagero Delivery Team of which roles such as Project Manager, Implementation Consultants/-Specialists and Service Manager can be direct reports. This role will lead and develop those applicable roles. The Manager of Professional Services will partner with other Managers in the Professional Services organization and other centralized Solutions teams. This role will report directly to a Senior Manager or Director of Professional Services. In this role, a strong customer-oriented mindset combined with a solid background in Professional Services Delivery is essential. Understanding the Pagero Network, Platform and Function are crucial in developing the individuals. A solid foundation and knowledge about mandates and business processes are key.
About the Role
This position is instrumental in leading, mentoring, and working closely with our Implementations Consultants/-Specialists, Project- and Service Managers. This role will have around 10-15 Direct reports.
Responsibilities:
Lead a Team and develop individuals from entry level as to full fledged experts being the experts that our projects need to deliver on pipe and forecast.
Lead a team in designing and implementing projects to assist customers in deploying their solutions.
Assist with pre-sales activities, including detailed project planning and conducting product demonstrations. Partner with Sales and Global Compliance & Reporting Leadership to secure new business.
Lead and develop project plans
Be in tight collaboration with Customer Integration in developing the right competence split in between the two functions.
Implement Objectives, Key Results, and Strategies to drive growth.
Manage capacity planning, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present and report to the Sr Manager/Director and within defined structures.
Coach and develop Implementation Consultants/-Specialists, Project- and Service Managers.
Ensure competencies and capacities align with forecasts and demand.
Establish standardized processes for managing global projects.
Build relationships in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Country Launch, Product, and other former Pagero functions.
Lead organizational change
About you
Bachelor’s degree in related areas of system integrations, IT Project Management.
8+ years of experience in related field
6+ years’ experience leader in Management and leading people
6+ years of project management, professional services, software development, or consulting experience.
Proven successful track record in Business to Business
In-depth knowledge of Pagero’s primary products and solutions.
Good understanding of the technical foundation in Pagero Network and Platform
Excellent in training, coaching and building technical talents to Experts
Deep understanding of Pagero customers’ general business process and needs connected to Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay.
Experience in automatization and compliance of business transactions in the P2P/O2C
Extensive experience of working with customers and senior stakeholders when delivering value
Excellent communication, presentation, and skills
Ability to transform customers’ business needs to a solution and business proposal
Ability to successfully lead in an agile, fast-paced environment developing new and unproven standards
Proven ability to identify prospects and build long-term relationships.
Excellent client relationship management skills including influencing and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management. Ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad audience
Innovative, passionate, self-starter. Persistence despite obstacles or setbacks, comfort with ambiguity.
Flexibility in adjusting to new, different and changing business requirements and decisions
Results-oriented, focused on delivering results, and relentless commitment to win

The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 USD - $184,600 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
