Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Analyst on the project, you will:
- Support the full change order process, including drafting, quality review, submission in ServiceNow, stakeholder coordination, and document repository management.
- Prepare and support contract amendments and statements of work, ensuring proper financial and scope documentation.
- Develop and review technical estimates and level-of-effort (LOE) files; coordinate approvals with project and technical leads.
- Support invoicing process from document preparation to ServiceNow submission, maintaining status trackers and facilitating timely processing.
- Prepare compliance decks, financial dashboards, and resource activity trackers for client review and presentations.
- Provide process improvement leadership, maintain documentation templates, and deliver training as needed to Deloitte team member.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, contract administration, or financial operations in a consulting or government contracting setting.
- Proven track record managing change order and invoicing workflows for large-scale contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
