- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, or sales specialist roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and driving results in complex, agile environments.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
- Knowledge of leadership on the digital advertising ecosystem (advertisers, agencies, platforms).
- Ability to directly lead and manage a team of specialists, developing the teams’ product knowledge to grow Google’s product adoption.
As a Sales Engineering Manager, you will combine technical expertise with sales skills to translate how Google's solutions meet LCS customers and agencies business objectives. You will promote new ads products and advanced marketing opportunities across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Partner with stakeholders in Large Customer Sales such as Data Transformation Leads and Account Executives to generate new ad products and marketing activations for clients.
- Consult with sales and client teams to assess requirements, design technical diagrams, and guidelines tailored to specific business needs, and develop compelling narratives to position the value of Google’s solutions.
- Drive and promote successful outcomes through the innovative application of our solutions, leveraging your unique industry perspective and persuasive communication skills.
- Provide thought leadership to customers on industry and participant trends, such as privacy and AI for marketing.
- Manage a team to achieve goals, provide career coaching, and establish and foster a positive team culture.
