Senior Associate, Billing, Fund Services
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Associate to work on hedge fund client invoicing, revenue receivable tracking, and driving system enhancements in partnership with global teams. The position demands strong collaboration across regions, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes and delivering operational excellence.

The Finance team is a trusted partner to the MSFS Management Committee, dedicated to bringing rigor and transparency to the budgeting process, hiring, and resource allocations. By designing and implementing quantitative models, we enable data-driven business management and strategic planning, while actively fostering cross-team collaboration to optimize performance and share best practices. What you’ll do in the role:
- Configure hedge fund clients on the billing system to enable systematic and accurate invoicing.
- Manage allocation of payments received from clients, ensuring timely and precise processing.
- Partner with global teams to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines for billing and payment activities.
- Implement robust controls and streamlined processes to minimize risk and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly trackers, providing actionable insights to global stakeholders.
- Work closely with global stakeholders to identify and remediate gaps in billing systems and reporting processes.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all processes and tasks to support transparency and compliance.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of business experience in finance or accounting; prior experience as a Controller is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
