Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, employee handbooks, welcome materials, orientation schedules, and ensuring departures are compliant, organized, and respectful
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, processing updates related to personal information, organizational changes, and employment status in a timely and precise manner
Handle HR administrative documentation such as employment certificates, benefit letters, and official confirmations, ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and accuracy
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Facilities to align operational tasks, maintain data integrity, and support cross-functional initiatives
Oversee communication with the SEPE, manage employee benefits platforms, and administer enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and providing support to employees
Respond to employee inquiries and requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution, accurate tracking, and a high-quality People & Culture experience while continuously improving HR workflows and processes
