Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, employee handbooks, welcome materials, orientation schedules, and ensuring departures are compliant, organized, and respectful

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, processing updates related to personal information, organizational changes, and employment status in a timely and precise manner

  • Handle HR administrative documentation such as employment certificates, benefit letters, and official confirmations, ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and accuracy

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Facilities to align operational tasks, maintain data integrity, and support cross-functional initiatives

  • Oversee communication with the SEPE, manage employee benefits platforms, and administer enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and providing support to employees

  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution, accurate tracking, and a high-quality People & Culture experience while continuously improving HR workflows and processes
