- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 5 years with a relevant advanced degree.
- Experience writing SQL queries and retrieving data from relational databases.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to take charge, set objectives, drive results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries with all levels of seniority.
- Excellent quantitative problem solving skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tool sets (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent attention to detail, with ability to deliver multiple projects to very high level of quality, high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Interest in business, finance, and technology sector.
- Exposure to Research and Development finance functions and processes.

- Build relationships across the Technical Infrastructure organization to gather updates, understand technical programs, monitor financial progress, synthesizing and presenting the information to senior executives.
- Understand issues you uncover, collaborating with stakeholders to quantify and address gaps in accountability and understanding.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and analytical projects from the Finance Director and Finance VP via deep insight and actionable recommendations.
- Develop multi-year financial projections and associated Net Present Value (NPV) calculations for key Engineering efficiency and new technology programs, surfacing critical nuances during business case review discussions.
- Lead, develop, and generate updates for key transformational projects across ITIA finance, sophisticated novel metrics for covered technologies, workstream automation, and consolidated tracking of program progress.
