Manager, Recruiting Services & Operations Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership of the Recruiting Services & Ops Team supporting interviewing for aligned hiring pipelines
- Evolve and implement interviewing strategies at scale across Meta hiring as we plan our future roadmap
- Champion efficiencies through tooling and process to evolve our teams to provide next level service and unlock productivity opportunities
- Advise RSO Leadership and Cross-functional (XFN) Partners on potential obstacles to success and recommend solutions to ensure success in our interviewing operations
- Bring forward specific business unit nuances and needs to the RSO and Recruiting teams to inform and scale global Meta hiring
- Build effective partnerships with Recruiting Leadership to support current and future business requirements
- Provide data, insights and metrics reporting on key mid-funnel interviewing activity to inform the recruiting strategy, ensure a quality approach to data integrity and candidate data privacy
- Manage resource alignment and workload across the teams to ensure workload equity
- Strategic staffing leader for Recruiting. Anticipate team needs and growth to hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demands
- Focus on development of the RSO team to ensure successful succession planning and employee engagement at the leadership level.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years coaching and developing recruiting operations teams
- Strategic thinker with data analysis and experience partnering with recruiting and business leadership teams on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives
- Experience executing projects/process across an organization delivering results that move the team forward outside of your own pipeline
- Knowledge of Recruiting processes, with significant emphasis on mid-funnel operations
- Proven experience leading with data and develop insights to influencing process strategy
- Proficient excel and data analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Recruiting Leadership and Business Leaders
- Experience with SQL
