- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, content design, or a similar field, as well as leading content strategy projects.

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent.
- 5 years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience in an agency setting and interacting with executive leadership.
- Experience creating content in the spaces of accessibility, equity, inclusion, or internationalization.
- Experience managing priorities across a number of projects and working with management to decide on where to invest time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead content strategy to educate advertisers on connecting third-party platforms and resources to Google for Ads measurement.
- Collaborate with interaction designers, product managers, and global product leads to develop narrative strategies across in-product messaging and external communications.
- Craft comprehensive and concise UI writing for advertisers that is useful and strategic.
- Work with Designers, Researchers, UX Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineers to define requirements, manage projects and priorities, and engage stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain writing guidelines to ensure consistent and scalable content solutions.
