For our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for an Administration and Accounting Specialist who will perform work associated with both import and export administration.
Your responsibilities:
- Issuing, recording, and filing invoices (account receivable);
- Managing the entire invoicing cycle, from preparation to dispatch, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations;
- Monitoring payment deadlines and managing payment reminders;
- Reconciling invoices with accounting records and verifying received payments;
- Collaborating with the accounting department for monthly and annual closures;
- Preparing financial reports related to invoicing;
- Handling communications with clients and suppliers regarding invoicing issues;
- Supporting general administrative activities, such as document filing and managing correspondence;
- Support the post-implentation phase of SAP S/4HANA.
Your background:
- Degree in Economics;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
- Good knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP;
- Knowledge of VAT rules with reference of goods and services sold to Italian/European/Extraeuropean customers;
- Experience in invoicing to customers for goods sold or services offered;
- Experience in analyzing accounting data and postings;
- Precision and attention in managing financial data;
- In&out logistics coordination is a plus.
