As our Corporate Accounts Sales Operations Specialist, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular contact with an assigned portfolio of existing customers (Major Enterprise Accounts). You will work closely with a collaborative team of Sales Operations Specialists to support customer needs, strengthen relationships, and ensure smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and daily customer and partner requests
- Provide licensing support in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, Finance, Back Office, and Procurement to support end‑to‑end processes
- Drive timely resolution of escalations by partnering with customers, account teams, and internal support teams
- Develop strong knowledge of industry trends through ongoing training and close collaboration with software publishers
